Corner panels
Sandwich panels can be produced to almost any required angle, both as regards length and width as well as internal and external.
The angle is sawn and formed. The sawn panels are formed to the required angle, after which a diagonal is secured using blind-rivets in order to maintain the angle.
Curved panels
Sandwich panels can be produced to almost any required radius.
The required radius is created by sawing a number of incisions. The sawn panel is placed in a jig with the required radius. The radius is maintained by a flat sheet (minimum 1.0 thickness) secured with blind-riveting into the lined inner plate.
